4 day Nature and Wildlife Experience.

Day 1: 

A vehicle picks you up from your hotel in Phuket, Koh Samui or Suratthani and brings you to the Khao Sok National Park, located in Suratthani province. The Park is South-Thailand's largest remaining tropical rainforest and a natural habitat for many rare animals and plants. The Khao Sok N.P. is only 650 sq km large but it is connected to 4 other National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries, making it an almost 4000 sq km nature preserve.The dense jungle of Khao Sok houses a wide variety of animals included elephants, tigers, leopards, bears, tapirs, hornbill, gibbons, flying squirrels, wild boar and a lot more.The Park is also home to the Rafflesia or wild lotus
plant , the largest flower in the world with it's 80 cm in diameter and the Langkow palm tree, only to be found here and in Phuket.. A extremely experienced local guide, who speaks very decent English will accompany you on this 4 day nature exploration. Trekking by foot and canoe will be the main means of travelling, as it is more comfortable to study nature and observe animals. On the program are among others: a cave exploration, a night-safari, observations of wild animals and plant studies. It's a bit useless to give a detailed schedule of this tour as a lot depends on the weather and other factors but you can be sure the four days will be full of
activities as you'll spend the whole period inside the National Park. Due to the season and the location of animals, the program will be adapted to better convenience you. Staying ovenight in bamboo bungalows and raft houses on basis of full board..
